Already have a set of prints? We build from them. We work directly with your architect and engineer, resolve plan questions before they become field problems, and manage permitting with the local building department. Our experience runs from 3,000-square-foot family homes to 60,000-square-foot estates. On waterfront and oceanfront lots, we handle the elevation requirements and Coastal Construction Control Line permitting those sites require.
Custom Design-Build
With design-build, Paramount acts as your single partner from first concept through move-in. Design, engineering, budgeting and construction run under one team and one contract. Home Remodeling
Ready to change your space or give your home a new look? Our discovery process starts by defining the scope of your project. Then we develop space plans and conceptual designs so you can see the result before work begins. We remodel kitchens, primary baths and living areas, and we take on full-home remodels that give a house an entirely new architectural character. In older South Florida homes, we also bring wiring, plumbing and window openings up to current code. If the home sits in a flood zone, we check early whether FEMA's 50% substantial improvement rule applies, because it can change scope and budget.
Custom Home Additions

We also build age-in-place bathrooms with grab bars, wider entries and zero-threshold showers.
Living Area Renovations
We rework living rooms, family rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms. The work includes opening walls for open-concept layouts, adding built-ins, replacing flooring, and updating ceilings and lighting. Before any wall comes out, we confirm whether it is load-bearing and have the required beam or header engineered.
