Home Remodeling in Jupiter and Southeast Florida

Ready to change your space or give your home a new look? Paramount Construction Specialists has remodeled homes throughout Palm Beach and Martin counties since 1992, from a single kitchen or primary bath to full-home remodels that give a house an entirely new architectural character. As a family-owned Florida Certified Building Contractor [CBC# ______], we manage design, permits, construction and inspections under one team.

What a Paramount Remodel Includes

  • Space planning and layout redesign, including wall removal

  • Kitchen, bathroom and living area remodels

  • Full-home interior remodels

  • Cabinetry, built-ins, flooring, tile and trim

  • Electrical, plumbing and lighting updates

  • All permits, inspections and HOA or condo approvals

Our Discovery Process

  1. Scope. We walk the home with you and define what changes, what stays, and what matters most.

  2. Space planning. We develop layout options that improve flow, storage and light.

  3. Conceptual design. We settle on a style and architectural look so you can see the result before work starts.

  4. Selections. We guide your choice of cabinetry, tile, flooring, fixtures and finishes.

  5. Permits and construction. We pull all permits, manage every trade, and schedule every inspection through final walkthrough.

Single-Room Remodels

Not every project needs to touch the whole house. We remodel individual kitchens, primary baths, guest baths and living areas with the same planning and finish quality as a full remodel. The work is scheduled to keep the rest of your home livable while it's underway.

Full-Home Remodels

A full-home remodel changes how a house works, not just how it looks. We update layouts, finishes and systems throughout the home, and can take a dated house to an entirely new architectural style. It's often the better investment than moving, especially when you love your lot and neighborhood.

Remodeling Older South Florida Homes

Many homes in Palm Beach and Martin counties were built under older codes. A remodel often uncovers electrical, plumbing and window or door openings that must be brought up to the current Florida Building Code. We identify these items during discovery so they are part of the plan, not a surprise mid-project.

If your home is in a FEMA flood zone, a large remodel can trigger the 50% substantial improvement rule. When improvement costs reach half the structure's market value, the home must meet current flood requirements, which can include elevation. We check this at the start, because it can change both scope and budget.

For condominiums and HOA communities, we prepare and submit the plans, schedules and documents your association requires before work begins.
